Perceptual Motor Programme (PMP)

We learn lots of gross motor skills like jumping off the box with our feet together.

We land on our feet

We walk on our hands and our feet we are strengthening our arms

We crawl through small spaces.

.

We can bounce the balloons and control where they go.

We use our arms to pull ourselves along

We walk sensibly and quietly betweens stations

We balance on our feet and one arm to throw the beanbags into the hoop.

We roll the ball along the ground to try and knock down the skittles.

We crawl through small spaces.

We love going to PMP on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday mornings

We love Mrs Wishy Washy in Room three

This is just one of many Mrs Wishy Washy books we have read

We drew  our pictures on an A4 piece of paper ant then enlarged it to A3.

We painted Mrs Wishy Washy blue and then we painted stripes onto an A4 sheet ready to make her apron.

Next we cut out  the apron and the hat from the striped paper and stuck them on.

Lastly we added her slippers and some of us coloured her skin.

Aren't our Mrs Wishy Washy's  just wonderful.

" N " is for nesting Nightingales

We made some lovely nightingales and we put them into a nest

Jasmin worked very hard in her Jolly Phonics book using the shapes short stick and tunnel to make some lovely 'n' shapes well done Jasmin

Emma did beautiful handwriting and she is writing her name very nicely. Good Job Emma

We tried our hand at Tape Art.

This is all we needed the container we were wanting to make, tape and sissors

Kiera was very clever at wrapping the tape around the container. First all over with the sticky facing up ... it was hard ! and then with the sticky facing the container

Then Mrs Menzies cut the tape to remove the container

and then.... she taped it back together

We thought  we could put pencils, flowers, crayons, knick knacks into our container
